1. Equipment usage:

The DR-6000A Electronic Universal Testing Machine is suitable for testing the mechanical properties such as tension, compression, bending, shear, tear, peel, puncture, etc. of various metal and non-metal materials. It can also perform automatic control tests with constant loading rate, constant strain rate, and constant displacement rate, and has functions for low-cycle load cycling, strain cycling, and displacement cycling. It is used to obtain indicators such as elongation, tensile strength, flexural modulus, elastic modulus, yield strength, net energy, hysteresis energy, and total energy.

3. Performance characteristics:

Driven by a servo motor, the servo motor provides high rigidity, high precision, and high transmission efficiency. The power system drives a ball screw to achieve the test loading process. This machine is controlled and measured using an advanced DSP+MCU fully digital closed-loop control system. A computer is used for dynamic display of the test process and test curves, and for data processing. After the test, the test can be re-analyzed using the graphical processing module for secondary editing. It has Excel data export to print out the test report. The product performance reaches the international advanced level.
