The middle trough of the scraper machine is the body of the scraper conveyor, which is composed of the middle plate and the trough side steel. The upper trough transports coal and the lower trough is used for the return journey of the scraper chain. There is a large error in the flatness of the surface after the docking of the middle plate in the middle groove of the traditional scraper machine, which increases the running resistance of the scraper and accelerates the abnormal wear of the middle plate. Compared with the ordinary type, the wear-resistant middle groove of the scraper conveyor produced by our unit has an average service life of 2-3 times longer, which greatly reduces the workload of repairs and significantly improves the economic benefits of the coal mine.

1. The impact resistance is higher than that of the middle plate 16Mn steel plate, no cracking and no peeling.

2. The average hardness is HRC60-70, more than three times that of the middle plate.
