Process flow:
1. Cutting: Laser cutting is a non-contact cutting method that can cut a wide variety of patterns, fonts, etc. It uses the light emitted by the laser beam to cut out each part of the product according to the computer-designed drawings.
2. Drilling: Drill holes using a drill press, fix the acrylic sheet in position, and start drilling; CNC drilling is more convenient. We only need to design the drawing on the computer, place the sheet, and press the command key, and the machine will automatically operate to perform the drilling.
3. Polishing: The product surface is polished. This process is achieved through traditional grinding, buffing with cloth wheels, flame polishing, and diamond polishing, making the product surface smooth, transparent, high-end, fashionable, and not sharp to the touch.
4. Hot Bending: This is achieved through a heat treatment method. First, the acrylic sheet is heated. Once it becomes soft, it is placed on a shaping mold and fixed. After it cools down, the product takes its desired shape.
5. Bonding: This is a very strict process. First, make a shaping fixture to fix the different acrylic blocks in place. Then, apply adhesive along the joints. After more than ten minutes, the adhesive will cure completely, and the product will be formed successfully.
6. Assembly: After completing the previous craft, assemble the various components. This will result in a complete product. One piece goes into a plastic bag, and multiple pieces go into an outer carton. Seal the carton to complete all processes.
