LBY-3A roof separation indicator is a special instrument for monitoring the displacement of roof rock separation, used to monitor the displacement of roof (surrounding rock separation) to avoid roof (surrounding rock) collapse. LBY-3A roof separation indicator is mainly suitable for tunnel roofs supported by anchor rods and cables and working faces that need to measure roof displacement. It provides coal mine engineering and technical personnel and testing staff with the basis for determining the length and tensile strength of anchor rods, and is the basis for understanding the rationality and economy of the anchor rods and cables used.

Installation steps of roof delamination instrument:

Use a φ28mm drill bit to drill a hole 7m-8m deep;

Deep base point: Use the installation rod to push the deep base point anchor into the hole until it reaches the bottom of the hole. After pulling out the installation rod, pull the wire rope by hand to confirm that the anchor is stuck. The deep base should be fixed 7m-8m above the top plate;

2. Align the screws at both ends with the scale: note the initial readings of the shallow and deep parts, lock them with screws, and cut off the excess steel rope.
