Mining rope clamp instructions

Lift the rope clamp onto the steady beam; pull out the two cores of the rope clamp; pull out a latch on the rope clamp to open the rope stopper; push the rope clamp to the center of the wire rope to be clamped; close the front push plate and insert the latch; insert the core into the rope clamp, if the core height is inconsistent, adjust the position of the rope clamp to make it centered; hit the core with a hammer to clamp it.

Unloading the rope clamp: pass two steel wire ropes through the holes at the bottom of the rope clamp and fix the rope clamp on the stabilizing beam; use a hoist to lift out the core; take out the other core, unplug a pin on the rope clamp, open the rope clamp and lift down the rope clamp.

The rope clamp is safe, reliable, fast and convenient. It is a good helper when changing ropes, shifting ropes, adjusting ropes, replacing containers and replacing suspension devices.
